So What Does the BomeBox Do?
The BomeBox is essentially a mini-processor that regulates your MIDI traffic. As a MIDI hub/router, it comes with a serious number of connection options, including two MIDI connectors, two network ports, wireless MIDI via WiFi and, of course, USB-MIDI. Do keep in mind that for wireless MIDI, you will need two BomeBoxes; one set up as the receiver, the other as the transmitter. It may seem like a humble and straightforward looking box, but you can tweak every last setting via a web interface using a smart device.
